This conference has set up multiple venues to provide special lectures, case sharing, and research discussions on the clinical diagnosis and treatment of respiratory diseases and rehabilitation. It aims to reveal the latest research trends in clinical respiratory medicine, control the latest progress in the management of chronic respiratory diseases, enhance physicians' thinking and scientific research capabilities, and improve the quality and level of medical services.

At the meeting, Professor Zhan Qingyuan from the China-Japan Friendship Hospital gave a special lecture on "Home Management of Chronic Respiratory Failure" to the audience.

1. What is chronic respiratory failure?

Chronic respiratory failure is caused by the continuous progression of chronic diseases such as bronchopulmonary disease, heart disease, thoracic disease and neuromuscular disease, which leads to the continuous decline of lung function. The main manifestations of this disease are dyspnea, irritability, apathy, lethargy, redness of the skin, increased blood pressure, increased heart rate and headache, etc.

Oxygen therapy, positive pressure mechanical ventilation, drug therapy and treatment of the primary disease are the main measures to treat this disease. Chronic respiratory failure is usually not completely cured, but after active and regular treatment, the symptoms of most patients can be effectively controlled and their quality of life can be improved.

2. Home management of chronic respiratory failure

With the development of aging and chronic respiratory diseases, the demand for home management of chronic respiratory failure is becoming more urgent. Faced with challenges such as high treatment requirements and high monitoring requirements, the home management of chronic respiratory diseases in my country presents the status quo of "lack of systematicness", "lack of objectivity", "lack of continuity", "high rate of abandonment of treatment", and "poor compliance". In summary, there is a lack of mature home management model for the management of chronic respiratory failure population.

During the meeting, Professor Zhan emphasized that modern professional remote management of chronic respiratory failure can not only innovate the current home management model of chronic diseases, but also has important significance for improving the quality of life of patients and reducing the burden of diseases on families. In addition, Professor Zhan also used SunnyGrand SunnyCenter cloud platform as an example of modern remote chronic disease management to give a wonderful explanation to the audience. SunnyGrand SunnyCenter cloud platform visualization big data dashboard can monitor the equipment status, treatment usage and usage data of respiratory chronic disease patients in real time, and through the SunnyCenter workbench, it can open up the closed loop of multiple roles of manufacturers, service providers, hospitals, families and patients, and realize remote management of patients, institutional equipment management, treatment data statistics, chronic disease prevention and control intervention, etc.

In recent years, the incidence of chronic respiratory diseases in my country has been on the rise, just like the rest of the world, causing a more severe medical burden on families and the country. Studies have found that the prevalence of chronic respiratory diseases is 60% for people aged 69-21.2, and 70% for those aged 35.5 and above in China. Aging has led to a further increase in the incidence of chronic respiratory diseases.

Keeping up with the current trend of chronic respiratory diseases, We continues to explore the research and development, production, sales and services of sleep respiratory medical devices, and provides full-cycle, all-round health management solutions for chronic sleep respiratory diseases for hospitals and families. With sleep titration products to help users with sleep screening and disease prevention, and with products such as sleep machines, non-invasive ventilators, and integrated respiratory oxygen production platforms to help with the treatment and rehabilitation of patients with chronic respiratory diseases such as OSA and COPD, SunnyGrand further improves the "four early" prevention and treatment system of chronic respiratory diseases, including early prevention, early screening, early diagnosis, and early treatment, and gradually realizes a new model of chronic disease full-process health management with remote services as the starting point.
